If you do not see an appointment available when booking online, please call (216) 998-7387 and we will do our best to accommodate you.
In addition to a signed release form, we require all shot records from your veterinarian at the time of appointment. This document must include your dog’s first set of shots and rabies shot, as well as: 6-8 weeks distemper, parvovirus, Bordetella; 10-12 weeks DHPP; 16-18 weeks rabies, DHPP.
